How far in advance should I reserve a ride to or from the airport?
You should reserve your ride 24-48 hours in advance. However, to ensure availability it is a good idea to reserve with us as soon as you know that you will need transportation. We do sell out on occasion.

Does AirRide charge a flat rate or by the mile?
AirRide charges a flat rate fee and we will "never" charge you by the mile or for waiting time. Please keep in mind gratuity is not included in your fare and we request you tip your drive 15-20 percent for good service.

Where do meet my driver at the Airport on my return?
Upon arrival at the Sky Harbor Airport we have a two step process to pick you up. First, please call us as soon as you have arrived. If you have no baggage your car will be dispatched from the cell phone lot to meet you curbside. Second, if you do have checked baggage we will ask you to call us again once you have your luggage and are headed to the curb.

Is there a charge to cancel my reservation with AirRide?
There is no charge to cancel a reservation with AirRide if you cancel outside of 4 hours prior to your pick up time. Please be considerate of other travelers and cancel your reservation at least 2 hours in advance.

What forms of payment does AirRide accept?
AirRide accepts cash, personal check from residents and most major credit cards including MasterCard-Visa, Discover and American Express.

Do I have to place my reservation online or by phone?
AirRide accepts online reservations 24x7 and reservations by phone during our business hours. If you require same day service, please place your reservation by phone.

What hours does AirRide operate?
AirRide operates from 5am to 12am daily. If you require service after 12am you will have to arrange for alternate transportation which is based at the airport when you arrive.

Does AirRide offer military or senior discounts?
We do not offer senior or military discounts. Our prices are have already been discounted and you will find that they are most competitive rates for private ride service in Phoenix without any additional discount required. Find a lower price? Call us now!

When do I pay for my airport transportation?
Please pay your driver direct for all airport transportation. We accept credit cards in the vehicle as well as cash (correct amount appreciated plus gratuity as drivers may not have change) and checks from residents.

Can I request a car seat?
Due to insurance regulations, we ask that you please bring your own car seat. We will gladly hold it for you until your return.

Can I request a certain vehicle?
The only vehicles available that you can request are the SUV's and Van's. In order to keep our pricing low we reserve the right to send whichever vehicle we have available at the time of your service.

Are your rates less than a taxi?
Yes. All of our rates have been verified to be less than any taxi to/from the Sky Harbor International Airport.
